FORTEX SYSTEMS SERRALLERS

When to assess or replace a lock · Barcelona

Wear, loss of key control and changes of use call for different assessments.

A difficult lock may be worn or affected by door alignment. Replacing it without finding the cause may not resolve the issue.

Lost keys or changes of authorised users call for a review of who holds copies. Depending on the system, replacement or compatible reconfiguration may be considered.

Consider the door, frame, cylinder and fittings together. Ask about compatibility and maintenance; a brand alone does not describe the whole installation.

How we coordinate assistance

Call with the issue, access type and service location.
Confirm availability, the authorised contact and visit terms.
Review diagnosis and the estimate before approving work or materials.
Check the lock operates and keep the work documentation.

Coordinated assistance in Barcelona

In Barcelona, specify whether the issue affects a building entrance, a private door or a business closure. These can require different materials and authorisations.

The geographic reference does not imply an open shop counter. Confirm any in-person attendance by phone before travelling.
